Yeah…..the topic you read above holds true in every situation and in every relation too….

We expect a lot of things from our friends, from our boyfriend or our life partner or our siblings but we get hurt the most when our expectations don’t get fulfilled. Be it just going out for a movie and he or she doesn’t turn up….it hurts….like i hate it…..

But i learnt one thing from these incidents and it is that never let any one disturb your inner peace. Don’t get affected by these incidents, rather stop expecting whether it is something big or small. If we stop expecting, everything will come as a beautiful pleasant surprise and we can maintain our peace of mind too….

I felt it so i shared it….



Hello there!!!!

So I am writing after a very very loooooooong time…..yeah because I was tooo busy with my work…..

But I want to share with you people something miserable…….I got failed in one of my university exams 😦 😦

I cried for whole 1 week…..because I was pretty confident that I will definitely pass……it as unexpected that I failed and what went wrong I had no idea….

I accepted the fact the fact that i have to give the exam once again…..

My friends and my family constantly supported me because they knew that I am a hard working girl. They kept on saying that its fine…its not a big deal and so on….

I read some articles regarding how to cope up with this stress until one day i came across this message sent by one of my friends….

Here it goes….

A cockroach theory for self development.

At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady.

She started screaming out of fear.

With panic stricken face and trembling face, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.

Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky.

The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but…it landed on another lady in the group.

Now, it was turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.

The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.

In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon waiter.

The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behaviour of the cockroach on his shirt.

When he was confident enough, he grabbed with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.

Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their behaviour???

If so, why was the waiter not disturbed?

He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.

It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the ccockroach, that disturbed the ladies.

It’s not the traffic jams on the roads that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused y the traffic jam that disturbs me.

More than the problem, its my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.


I understood , I should not react in life. I should always respond.

The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.

Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.

A beautiful way to understand……LIFE.

Person who is happy is not because everything is RIGHT in his life.

He is happy because his attitude towards everything in his life is Right!!!!!

After reading this, I realised that I am not able to handle the failure but if I learn to handle it…to keep myself calm and composed…things can get real easy…..

So come what may….cool down and think about what to do next.

Each and everyone of us have got problems and failures in our life but the way we look at it and handle it, brings out the stronger version of ourselves…..

I got inspired by this message and have changed myself…..

Hi there!!!!… hope you guys are doing well….

So writing after a long time on something which bothers me a lot…..

While striking a conversation with my mom and dad, we came across a topic- comparison….yeah comparison amongst friends, siblings or we sometimes compare ourselves to others . I have also faced this.

First of all, comparison is bad and secondly on which grounds its being done is pathetic. While talking to my parents I said that nowadays comparison is done on the basis of job and the amount of money he or she is earning. A person seems to be good if he or she is earning and on other hand a person who is not earning is not a good one.

Comparison is done on looks, your dressing sense and what not…but why do people don’t pay heed to the good nature of the person , the helping nature the heart of gold. Everybody just give importance to the outer looks.

Your mother or your housewife is not going to big office and working so is she not a good person???

Why why why at all there is comparison between people??. We all are best in some or the other way. We should appreciate each other and not compare that ultimately leads to low self esteem and self confidence.

Never ever compare yourself to others. You are one of a kind. Nobody can be like you nor you can be like them. Be happy in whatever you are.

Love and respect each other and please don’t compare yourself to other nor anybody else because everyone is special in their own way..



Yes.. it’s a big big NO……but to what???

You must be wondering as to why am i saying nooo and to whom…???

This NOOOOO is for all those people who have hurt your self respect or have been trying to do so…

Read this:

There is one of my batchmate. A sweet girl who was in a relationship with a boy in our college. They both loved each other. They used to go out on movie dates and dinner dates. They were ready to get married after a relationship of 3 years.

But one evening, a very sad incident took place where the boy slapped my batchmate (his girlfriend) publically and shouted at her using slang languages. She got furious and decided to not talk to her boyfriend. Merely after 3  days, she patched up with him. Everything was going well yet again he slapped her. She finally decided to call off her relationship……

Now as you have read this, I would like to ask you some questions:

  1. Does anybody has the right to hit his /her bf/gf  in a relationship??
  2.   Is  love more important than your self respect??
  3. Does anybody has the right to hurt your self respect????

For me,the answer to all the questions above is NO.

Just because you are in a relationship, he or she doesn’t have any right to hit or abuse his or her partner. Be it the mistake of either of you but being abusive or hitting is not at all an option.

If you don’t stop at first, you are actually giving him or her the liberty to slam you again which is definitely wrong. Therefore, say NO the first time it happens. Not only bf/gf relationship, be it any relationship- friendship or any relationship….never ever hurt anybody’s self respect because it can really change somebody’s life……

Always keep your self respect on top because:

WINTER MORNINGS…….I hope you are getting what i mean to say…..

Yeah yeah those winter mornings when you don’t feel like getting out of quilt beacuse you feel sooooooo cozy…, your bed and your quilt are just perfect……So because of this comfort i bunked my college… i guess thrice…… 😀

But the joy of sleeping in winter morning with your quilt and little sunshine from your window feels heaven. It feels soooo good to do nothing…absolutely nothing.

It’s fun to be lazy sometimes…:D

I just love winters….:D

of fantastic cars

While growing up

to be a successful man

he had to make efforts

as hard as he can

In a constant fight

to be the best

he lost himself and

copied the rest

He realized this quest

never gonna end

so he became a wanderer

along with his friends

While travelling through

the deserts and the mountains

he felt he found himself

once again

Its the love for nature

that brought him back to a wonderful life

and not the hard work

for which the rest of  the world strives.

So in this quest

Dont’t get bound

Hello beautiful people!!!… 🙂

Today i am going to write about something that i have learnt in my life till now and i follow it too….

In today’s world, there is neck to neck competition between us but the winner is only the one who adapts in any situation.


Here are some activities that I follow in my day to day life…


  • MEDITATION- I meditate daily. I started with concentrating on my breath and controlling my thoughts for 5 mins. Slowly and gradually i can now concentrate for about 15 to 20 mins.
  • POSITIVE THOUGHTS- Always think positive. Though I know that it becomes bit difficult to think positive when conditions are not in your favour but atleast you can try to think positive. Thinking positive creates an aura around you which helps you in thinking better in every possible situation.



  • As we all know keeping our body fit is so important. It’s not always necessary to do strenous exercises in gym. You can simply do some exercises at home. Personally, I am not a big fan of gymming. Therefore, dancing and brisk walking for around 1 to 1.5 hrs is my daily routine.


  • WATER THERAPY- This is the one practice that i never skip. As soon as i get up in the morning, before brushing i drink around 5-6 glasses of water. It has got some really amazing health benefits.



  • We all believe that God exists. Remembering him and thanking him each day for whatever he has given to us would  definitely make our day beautiful.

  • One of the most important aspect of survival of the fittest is the time management. Your day should be planned in such a way that you have time for your daily work, your fitness regime, for your social life, for resting, for your mental health and spiritually too.

  • We may face many difficulties but we always need to keep patience and keep on working hard.

  • Always and always believe in yourself and be confident in whatever you do.This will automatically increase your hard work and results 10 folds.

  • Always be kind to people around you. This will bring a positive impact in your nature as well as will make you a good human being.


  • The most important thing which I keep in my mind is to never let anyone  disturb my inner peace. You will meet many people in your life who are bad at nature, whose words are disgraceful or they may discourage you or talk nonsense about you. But you need to ignore these people and their talks and never affect yourself because thinking about them will simply drain your energy.

So these are some of the practices that I am incorporating and have incorporated some in my daily life. These are time taking procedures but if followed regularly would definitely yield good results.
